Policy for Unused Hours in BranFlex Packages
BranFlex Monthly Subscription Policy
At Bran Marketing, we understand that flexibility is essential as your business evolves. To ensure you get the most value out of your BranFlex monthly subscription, we’ve established the following policy for managing unused service credits, package adjustments, cancellations, and commitments:

6-Month Subscription Commitment
Your BranFlex subscription will be assigned to a specific team to efficiently handle your design needs. This assignment requires a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure continuity and allow you to fully leverage the benefits of our services.

Early cancellation before the 6-month commitment period will result in the forfeiture of any unused credits, and a termination fee equal to 25% of the remaining subscription value may apply.

After the 6-month commitment period, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Service Credit Validity
Service credits provided under your monthly BranFlex subscription must be used within the month they are issued. This ensures efficient workflows and consistent delivery of high-quality services for all clients.
As part of our standard support, Bran Marketing will provide an itemized list of work performed during the previous month

Credit Rollovers
$3,000 and $5,000 Monthly Plans: Unused credits will not roll over and will expire at the end of the subscription month.
$7,500 and $10,000 Monthly Plans: Up to 10% of unused credits may roll over to the following month, provided your subscription is renewed for the subsequent billing cycle within 7 days of the current month’s end.

Subscription Upgrades

Clients may upgrade to a higher-tier subscription at any time during their 6-month commitment or month-to-month period.

Any unused credits from your current plan will transfer to the higher-tier subscription and must be used within the current billing cycle unless the higher-tier plan includes credit rollovers.

The new subscription tier will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Upgrades can provide additional service credits, extended flexibility, and increased rollover options depending on the selected plan.

Package Downgrades and Use of Credits

Package downgrades can only be requested after the initial 6-month commitment period.

If you downgrade your subscription to a lower-tier package, any unused credits from your previous plan will expire at the end of the current billing cycle and cannot be carried over to the lower-tier package.

Clients are encouraged to fully utilize their service credits before downgrading to ensure maximum value.

Downgrade requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the start of the next billing cycle.

Subscription Cancellations and Unused Credits

Subscriptions may be canceled after the 6-month commitment period with written notice submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Any unused service credits remaining at the time of cancellation will expire and cannot be refunded, carried over, or transferred to a future subscription.

To avoid forfeiting unused credits, we encourage clients to plan and utilize their credits before the cancellation effective date.

Extensions
Extensions on credit usage may be granted on a case-by-case basis for $7,500 and $10,000 monthly plans. Requests must be submitted in writing prior to the expiration date of the current billing cycle.

No Refunds for Unused Credits
BranFlex subscriptions are non-refundable, including for any unused service credits. We encourage clients to plan projects early to fully utilize their credits within the month.

Proactive Support
Your dedicated account manager ($7,500 and $10,000 plans only) will work with you to proactively plan and allocate your credits, ensuring you maximize the value of your BranFlex subscription.

Custom Solutions
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you’re unable to use your credits, submit a request for a package review in writing. We’re happy to explore solutions to fit your needs.
